Refund & Reservation Policy

Key Point: PreFlight Guard is currently in pre-production. No payment is collected at reservation. These policies apply to the reservation process now and to future purchases when the product ships.
1. Reservation Policy (Current Phase)
What a Reservation Is
- A reservation is a non-binding expression of interest — not a purchase.
- No payment, credit card, or deposit is required to reserve.
- Your reservation locks in your early-access pricing position in the queue.
- Final purchase will occur when the product is ready to ship.
Cancelling a Reservation
- You may cancel at any time — no penalty, no questions asked.
- Email hello@preflightguard.com with "Cancel Reservation" in the subject line.
- Since no payment was collected, no refund is necessary.
2. Pre-Order Purchase Policy (Upon Product Launch)
30-Day Return Policy
- Return within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason.
- Item must be in original condition and packaging.
- Customer pays return shipping unless item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Refunds issued within 7–10 business days of receiving the return.
Defective or Damaged Items
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery if your item is defective or damaged.
- We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
Cancelling After Purchase
- Cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, if not yet shipped.
- After 24 hours or once shipped, the 30-day return policy applies.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Items damaged through misuse or modification
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery without prior approval
4. Product Cancellation by Company
If Smart Jet Aviation LLC cancels the product before it ships, all reservation holders will be notified. Since no payment was collected, no refund is owed. Future deposits (if any) will be fully refunded if the product is cancelled.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@preflightguard.com — Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Order Number]". Include your order number, reason, and preferred resolution. We respond within 2 business days.
