Pre-Sale / Reservation Notice: PreFlight Guard is currently in the pre-production phase. By submitting a reservation, you are expressing interest in purchasing the product at the stated early-access price. No payment is collected at reservation. Final purchase terms will be provided when the product is ready to ship.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing preflightguard.com or submitting a reservation inquiry, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Product Description and Disclaimers

PreFlight Guard is a safety reminder system for general aviation pilots. It uses reed-switch detection, BLE 5.0, CO sensing, and OLED alerts to help pilots track Remove Before Flight (RBF) items. It is not a substitute for a pre-flight checklist, pilot training, or any procedure required by the FAA.

PreFlight Guard is not FAA-certified aircraft equipment unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
PreFlight Guard does not prevent accidents. It is a pilot aid only.
CO detection is advisory only. It does not replace dedicated CO safety equipment.
Specifications, features, pricing, and availability are subject to change during pre-production.
Product images are representative renders. Final product appearance may differ.

3. Reservation Terms

Does not constitute a binding purchase agreement.
Does not require any payment.
Reserves your early-access queue position at the stated price, subject to availability.
May be cancelled at any time by emailing hello@preflightguard.com.

We reserve the right to modify, delay, or cancel the product or any reservation at our discretion.

4. Pricing

Early-access pricing ($349 Pro / $499 Premium) is a limited-time reservation incentive and is not guaranteed. Final pricing will be confirmed at purchase. Retail pricing is estimated and subject to change.

5. Intellectual Property

All site content is the property of Smart Jet Aviation LLC and protected by U.S. and international IP laws. The PreFlight Guard system is the subject of U.S. provisional patent application USPTO No. 64/058,283 (35 USC 111(b)). Unauthorized use of patented technology is prohibited. "PreFlight Guard" is a trademark of Smart Jet Aviation LLC.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMART JET AVIATION LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING AIRCRAFT DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR PROPERTY LOSS. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE PRODUCT.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Smart Jet Aviation LLC from any claims arising from your misuse of the product or violation of these Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Smart Jet Aviation LLC is registered.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
